OUR STORY BEGINS ON THE ROAD
The Roaming Shades Company is 100% a family partnership. With over 20 years experience in outfitting campers, trailers and RVs for the road, we've combined our skills in engineering, graphic design, and the fiber arts to create the best product we could offer.
Betsy is a self-taught fiber artist with a multitude of skills. Talented in just about every form of stitching from knitting to crochet, bobbin lace to wedding gowns, she is an adept problem solver who loves to create order from chaos.

Since she's more of a homebody than a road-warrior, Betsy knows how to make an RV feel like home.

Kelly literally learned to sew at her mother's knee. She's since mastered many of the fiber arts and is able to combine those skills with her background in engineering and product development.

Leslie is a talented designer who makes the best logos known to man. She also has the uncanny ability to find her way out of the mall parking lot (without a map). A handy skill when you're on the open road!
