RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Satisfied customers are vital to sharing the word about Roaming Shades Company. Any of our products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Products must be returned in new, unsoiled and unused condition. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and custom orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us if you are considering a return so that we can help solve the problem, or process your return.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard shipping is included in orders totaling more than $150, and with fabric samples. The choice of shipping provider for free shipping is at the discretion of Roaming Shades, and orders can be expected within 5-7 business days of the ship date.

Shipping for orders totaling less than $150 are calculated at a graduated rate.
